The 2024 presidential campaign is heating up as the time is flying, as more candidates jump in and many others bow out of the 2024 presidential campaign.

Till the date, 4 Republicans have started off their campaigns for the party’s nomination, while President Joe Biden officially launched his reelection bid with a video released on April 25, as we all know, exactly four years after he entered the US Presidential Election race in 2020 he must be eyeing to get elected as US President in the same fashion as he did previously with the same fervor and unique style for which the country has chose him.

As campaign season is heating up, ( but with the first presidential primary still nearly a year away) a lot can alter before voters make way to the polls.

Here is the current field of candidates and those who may enter the race.

President Biden

After months and months of declaring that it’s his “intention” to run for US Presidential reelection, Mr. Biden made an official announcement on April 25th 2023 with the release of a short video declaring “let’s finish this job” in a very unique way while whole country was expecting this to happen sooner or later.

It is not very surprising for many while some were taken aback with this declaration; but anyway, Mr. Biden is into the race! Fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride!

Actually, it is the most coveted seat for any individual who has been in the political arena and still with a very optimistic approach and never say die attitude, to go for the contest.  This attitude reflects in his speech that was declaration of their US Presidential Candidature.

“When I ran for president four years ago, I said we are in a battle for the soul of America — and we still are,” the president said in the video with duration of three minute.
“The question we are facing is whether in the years ahead we have more freedom or less freedom, more rights or fewer. I know what I want the answer to be. This is not a time to be complacent. That’s why I’m running for reelection.”

President Biden said that it is the time for Americans “to defend democracy, stand up for our personal freedoms, and stand up for the right to vote and our civil rights.”

“Let’s finish this job, I know we can,” he said, “because this is the United States of America. And there’s nothing we can’t do if we do it together.”

Mr. Biden’s reelection announcement was not new and actually it was anticipated for months, though he announced recently in April, but at the end it happened and the US Presidential Election Race Campaigning is heated up!

Donald Trump:
Trump was the first candidate to formally announce a 2024 presidential run, launching his campaign in a November speech from Mar-a-Lago, his South Florida resort.
Since then, Trump has spent a very little time on the Presidential campaign but has been travelling around to boost his campaign with his visits to Iowa and New Hampshire, (keeping in an eye on these as these are the first two states on the GOP primary calendar).

While Trump is quite popular within the GOP, but by this time, his legal troubles are surrounding him and these are affecting his candidacy whether you believe it or not.
In March 2023, he became the first ex-president to be charged with charges related to a “hush money” payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels, and this news spread like fire in the jungle and even their supporters were taken aback when they came to know this news.
It was very hard for them to believe!

Still, Mr. Trump told reporters at CPAC that an indictment would not deter him from seeking the presidency.

“I wouldn’t even think about leaving,” the former president said when asked whether he would stay in the race if charged.
His supporters definitely love his never say die attitude, his flamboyant style and charismatic persona always charms his supporters and for this, actually, he is still the first choice for many voters and supporters who want to see him as the next US President.

Nikki Haley

Haley, the former governor of South Carolina and U.S. ambassador to the United Nations under Trump, joined the race for the Republican presidential nomination in February 2023, becoming the first challenger to her former boss.
In other words, what he learnt from his boss, she is going to apply. Nikki Haley is ambitious, progressive and she is definitely eyeing for US Presidential Election as she always want to put her best foot forward when it comes to society reforms. She has always been in the limelight for her bold attitude and competitive approach towards taking decisions while taking the trust factor of the people as her top priority.

In her recent pitch to voters, Haley, 51, proposed mandatory mental competency tests for politicians over the age of 75 — a subtle jab at Trump, who is 76, and Mr. Biden, who is 80. By this way, she has hit two birds with one stone. While she is definitely representing  herself as younger candidate in comparison to Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump, on the other hand, she has taken the media turned their cameras towards her!
Good One!
It seems that she has learnt quite a lot from Mr. Trump and now trying to beat her ex- boss with the same strategies which he used to demolish his opponents.
And you never know, how she run her US Presidential Campaign, it seems this is just the start! She is familiar with all the tactics of politics and now trying her hands with the same strategies.
She might gather the support of Republicans gradually with her charisma and unique style.

The daughter of Indian immigrants, Haley was born in Bamberg, South Carolina. Haley served two terms as governor.
She was the top U.S. diplomat at the U.N. during the Trump administration and her tenure was from January 2017 to December 2018.

His approach and great experience in politics as well as his  business acumen can give Mr. Trump a run for their money.

Ramaswamy is 37 years old and has a net worth of roughly $600 million, Ramaswamy has declared himself an “anti-woke” capitalist and decried corporate investment based on environmental, social and governance principles.

Hutchinson, 72, served two terms as governor from 2015 to 2023. A former congressman, was also one of the House impeachment managers for President Bill Clinton’s impeachment trial.
So, by his statements it is very clear that he is very outspoken and always ready to take the BIG challenges and always tries to win over the challenges with his never say die attitude and seeing opportunity in every situation.

Marianne Williamson

Williamson is the first Democrat to officially declare her candidacy for The US Presidential Election, jumping into the campaign of Presidential Election 2024 despite clear indications that the president will seek another term. The 69-year-old’s campaign to challenge incumbent President Biden for the Democratic nomination is understandable as he has the rich experience of political parties strategies and since he is from a family of Great Politician, he might turn the gather the supporters and voters to make him the NEXT PRES.

His efforts as governor have won him popularity with Republican voters, and though he hasn’t launched a campaign, he is gaining popularity amongst masses as the time for the US President is coming nearer.

DeSantis skipped CPAC this year and instead addressed donors at a retreat hosted by the conservative Club for Growth. It means that he is trying to polish his image as humanitarian and progressive leader who always belive in well being of people.

And that’s why I’m announcing my exploratory committee for president of the United States.” “I see that America is starving for positive, optimistic leadership,”
